T-style 2-storey house is a kind of light steel structure modular house with the color steel sandwich panel, which meets the customers` using demand by its beautiful appearance; easy ,quick, convenient installation.

These light steel structure buildings have following features:

1,Frame: The frame adopts single-storey steel structure .The second floor is designed to bear 150-180kg/m2 load. The second floor is without steel frame, it fully takes advantages of the wall panels(color steel sandwich panel )and roof panel own strength, connected by bolts with high intensity.

2, .The wall and roof are made of colored steel wave tiles or colored steel sandwich panels, which is connected with the purline by tap bolt.

3,  The colored steel sandwich panels are 50mm or 75mm thick., and installed vertically. The front wall is higher 200-300mm than the back. The total height of front wall is 5800-6000mm.           The colored steel wave tiles are 75mm or 100mm thick, and the span is≤8220 mm.

4, The standard modulus of 50mm wall panel house:

   3450 mm×4720 mm or 3450 mm×5870 mm or 3450 mm×7020 mm or 3450 mm×8170 mm

   The standard modulus of 75mm wall panel house:
