K-style flat-roof 2-storey prefab house is made of light steel structure as skeleton and colored sandwich panel as surrounding wallboard and roof board ,which connected with purline by bolts high intensity.

Specifications:

1,Frame: The frame (pillar ) is made of double C-style steel. The frame pillar is connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt. The beam and pillar, beam and beam are connected by bolts with high intensity. .The envelop construction net is made of cold form C-style purline.The wall and roof are made of colored steel tiles or colored steel sandwich panels,which is connected with the purline by tap bolt. The second floor can bear 150kg/ load.
2,The in&out wall adopt 50mm color steel sandwich panels. Out wall board installed landscape orientation, and in-wall is installed vertically.  The front wall is higher 200-300mm than the back. The front wall total height is about 6000mm.
3,Roof adopts 75 or 100mm color steel big wave tiles . The span is ≤11080 mm .
